We never received a report and was told the person who came out had tragically passed and all files were lost. Since then, no one else was sent out despite repeated email contact. Finally we reached back out and they came out and put shims in and drilled a couple of screws from subfloor and we were told to put baby powder in all the cracks. We also had cracking appear in our tile which they had to replace twice because it had to do with subflooring. First, the flooring company wanted to put nails through the top of the wood throughout the house. We paid lots of money for the floors and weren't about to have them defaced. The flooring company was supposed to do an inspection and file a report.
